It’s been a distinct pleasure to work with Naomi. As I got ready to launch my book’s WordPress website in September ‘09, I soon had a list of technical design issues that stopped me in my tracks. Then I was told about a secret weapon: Naomi Niles. We did our transactions via email: I sent her the list of issues, she told me how long/how much $ it would probably take her to troubleshoot them, and I gave her the go-ahead.
In every case she answered my questions, solved the issues, and gave me good info and links—all in less time than she had quoted and with clarity and good humor. So while my site doesn’t have the Naomi Niles design touch, it would not have launched properly without her skilled (and affordable) help. It’s rare these days to find a professional who exceeds expectations, but I can gladly say Naomi is one of them.
